The Mobile App

The ReRoute AI mobile app is where hands-on inventory work happens. The web app is your desk-and-dashboard experience — briefings, forecasts, reports, and setup. The mobile app is built for the floor and the dock: scanning, receiving, and moving stock without a keyboard.

What you can do in the mobile app​

  • Scan NFC tags to move inventory between locations, with pickup and delivery verified by tapping the tag at each end.
  • Receive deliveries fast with Quick Scan — scan a barcode, enter the quantity, done.
  • Scan an order — photograph a paper invoice or packing slip and let the AI pull out the line items.
  • Scan a recipe — capture a recipe card or menu item to build its ingredient list.
  • Check stock on the go — see current levels and low-stock alerts for the location you're standing in.

Install it​

The app is available for both iOS and Android. Install it the same way you install any app:

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Search for ReRoute AI.
  3. Tap Get / Install.

Log in​

Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web app. Your locations, products, and permissions carry over automatically — there's no separate mobile account to set up.

tip

NFC scanning needs a phone with NFC enabled (most modern iPhones and Android phones). If tapping a tag does nothing, check that NFC is turned on in your phone's settings.
